PThe 2023 Porsche Cayenne has received a facelift, which was officially unveiled at the Auto Shanghai 2023 exhibition.
This latest iteration of the luxury SUV boasts numerous upgrades to its exterior, dashboard design, and powertrain.
Improved Power and Performance
The base model Cayenne now features an upgraded 3.0-liter turbo V6 engine, producing 348 horsepower and 500 Nm of torque. The Cayenne E-Hybrid variant, meanwhile, comes equipped with a 3.0-liter turbo V6 engine and an electric motor that provides an additional 174 horsepower, resulting in a combined output of 463 horsepower. The battery pack has also been upgraded from 17.9 kWh to 25.9 kWh, allowing for a range of up to 90 km on electric power.
The Cayenne S variant has been fitted with a 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine, replacing the previous V6. This powertrain upgrade allows for a maximum output of 468 horsepower and 600 Nm of torque. The Cayenne Coupe GT Turbo is the most powerful of the variants, with a 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine that produces an impressive 650 horsepower.

All variants of the 2023 Porsche Cayenne will be equipped with two-valve shock absorbers, with separate rebound and compression stages. The Porsche Active Suspension Management system has also been updated for better pitch-and-roll management.
Enhanced Exterior and Interior
The new Cayenne features an updated exterior, with Matrix LED headlamps and taillights of a uniform height. The interior has also been upgraded, with a 12.6-inch digital instrument on the driver’s side, and a standard 12.3-inch infotainment screen in the center. Additionally, the facelifted version comes with Lane Change Assist and Lane Keep Assist as standard for improved safety.
There is also a new option for a 10.9-inch screen on the passenger side dash, which allows the passenger to control the navigation system or stream videos. The Lightweight Sport Package option for the Cayenne Coupe variant is also available, which reduces the weight of the vehicle by 72 pounds.
New Colors
The facelifted Cayenne is now available in three new colors: Algarve Blue Metallic, Montego Blue Metallic, and Arctic Grey.
