Mitsubishi to Launch Triton and Xpander Hybrid in 2023

Mitsubishi Motors Corporation has announced that it will be releasing six new models in 2023, including the Triton, ASX, Colt, Xpander HEV, Delica Mini, and a production model based on the XFC Concept. This move is part of the “Challenge 2025” mid-term plan, which was introduced in March last year.

The Triton pickup truck is one of Mitsubishi’s most popular models, assembled at the Laem Chabang factory in Thailand, and exported to over 150 countries worldwide.

The sixth-generation Triton, set to be released this year, is a completely redesigned model, with a brand new look and advanced features. The XRT concept model showcased at the Bangkok International Motor Show in March gives us a sneak peek into what we can expect from the new Triton.

Xpander HEV MPV

Mitsubishi is also set to unveil the Xpander HEV, a hybrid MPV model that boasts a sleek design and excellent fuel efficiency. The Xpander HEV is a great choice for families who want a car that’s both practical and eco-friendly.

Compact SUV Based on XFC Concept

ASX and Colt Using CMF-B Platform

Mitsubishi has partnered with Renault to develop two new models, the ASX and Colt, which will use the CMF-B platform. Both cars will be produced at the Renault Valladolid factory in Spain and will be sold in various European markets.
